The quote form

The form prepares a message on your device. It does not send the answers to a Noxora website backend or save them in website storage. Choosing “Send brief on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the answers in a draft link. WhatsApp receives the draft data when that link opens; you still decide whether to send the message to us.

When you contact us

If you send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email, or call us, Noxora uses the information you provide to respond, discuss requirements and prepare a proposal. Please share only what is needed. Do not send passwords, card details or confidential customer records through the brief.

Hosting and third-party services

This site is hosted on Surge. Hosting providers may process technical access information such as IP address, browser details and requested pages. WhatsApp and email providers process communications under their own terms and privacy practices. Clicking those links leaves this website.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers or website cookies. We do not store form answers in local storage. Your browser and external services may retain history or other data under their own settings.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is retained as needed for the conversation, agreed work and any applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, email noxora.msi@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

We will update this notice if the website’s data handling changes, including before adding analytics or a hosted form service.
