Less chasing.
More getting things done.

Give repeated tasks a reliable next step: new leads assigned, reminders prepared, documents ready for review and exceptions brought to the right person.

Where it helps

Recognise anything from your workday?

Enquiries & follow-up

“Did anyone reply to that lead?”

Capture an enquiry, assign an owner and flag the next action. Approved follow-ups can keep quotations from being forgotten.

Bookings & reminders

“Can you send that reminder again?”

Confirm accepted bookings, schedule agreed reminders and route changes back to the team. Customers do not overwrite the calendar.

Documents & approvals

“Where is the latest version?”

Prepare documents from approved information, route sensitive decisions for review and file the approved version consistently.

Before → after

Turn repeat work into a clear flow.

Before

Copy. Chase. Check again.

Enquiry in an inbox → manual copying → unclear owner → forgotten follow-up.

After

Capture. Assign. Keep visible.

Enquiry recorded → owner alerted → next action tracked → exceptions reviewed.

Illustrative workflow. Actual steps depend on your systems, access and agreed scope.

Choose your scope

Start small. Connect more when it helps.

Several related tasks

Operations / AED 7,500

Delivery with guardrails

Keep people in control.

01 / Map

Define what should happen

Agree triggers, rules, owners and exceptions. Check account access, compatibility and provider costs before the deposit.

02 / Test & pilot

Try the normal and unusual cases

Test sample inputs, missing data and failures. Sensitive messages, payments and irreversible actions remain approval-only unless authorised.

03 / Handover

Know how to run it

Document access, responsibilities, alerts and what to do when something fails. The workflow pauses instead of guessing.

Good to know

Clear from the start.

Can you work with our current systems?

We check your forms, email, calendars, spreadsheets and business records before quoting. Connections depend on account permissions, provider limits and reliable access. A new website is not required.

Who owns the accounts and data?

Your business owns its data and connected accounts. The proposal records access, the agreed workflow handover and any third-party licence conditions. Your team receives operating guidance and exception responsibilities.

What costs sit outside the package?

The package is a one-time implementation fee. External subscriptions and message-usage fees are separate. We confirm required services, current provider prices and any applicable VAT before the deposit. Major data cleanup is included only if agreed in writing.

What if we need changes?

We approve the workflow scope and test cases before building. Changes to that agreed process are confirmed and quoted before extra work; there is no unlimited revision allowance. Review checkpoints are recorded in your proposal.

What support is included?

Testing and handover follow the selected scope; Operations includes 30 days of post-launch monitoring. Optional Automation Care is AED 300/month for a monthly health check, failure review, status note and up to 30 minutes of minor adjustments. New workflows and major changes are excluded.

How long does it take, and when do I pay?

Essential takes 7–10 working days, Business 2–3 weeks and Operations 4–6 weeks. Payment is 50% to begin, 30% after the tested demonstration and 20% after handover. Scope, access and start dates are agreed first.

Let’s make it simpler

Which task keeps coming back?

Describe it in plain English. We’ll help you decide whether it is a sensible place to start.
